Wessex Garages Kia Cardiff were great overall. The staff were very helpful, especially Khan and Andrew. They took the time to explain all the details clearly and made sure we understood everything properly. We went for a test drive with Andrew, and he explained things throughout the drive and helped us check all the necessary details. The whole experience felt supportive and professional. However, there was an issue with a scratch on the front wheel. It was fixed temporarily, but after a couple of days the repair has started to wear off. This is something that could have been resolved more thoroughly.
Other than this, overall, we had a positive experience and would still recommend them.
